Here at You Be Fit, we help people take the confusion out of better health, exercise, and nutrition which is the starting point to success!

I am well-known as a mentor, speaker, trainer, coach, and friend, deeply committed to empowering women on their health and wellness journeys. My main focus in daily work is mentoring and guiding women to overcome the individual struggles and limitations that hold them back from living a truly fulfilling and meaningful life. I believe that every woman deserves to thrive, not just survive.

As a Female Body Transformation Coach, former U.S. Army Master Fitness Trainer, Online Personal Trainer, Certified Fitness Nutritionist (CFN), and Health & Fitness Consultant for over 20 years, I have a deep-seated passion for helping women navigate the complex world of nutrition and fitness. I understand the emotional hurdles that many women face—feeling lost in a sea of conflicting information and battling self-doubt. I’m here to remind you that you are not alone in this journey.

It’s essential to recognize that even if we pile on fruits and vegetables, drink plenty of juice and milk, and eat fish a couple of times a week, we may still not get all the nutrients our bodies need. I firmly believe we need help to bridge the gap between what’s on our plates and the nutrition our bodies crave for optimal health. 

This support is vital for avoiding chronic conditions and diseases down the road. Many women struggle with eating right or exercising properly, which is why I chose to take matters into my own hands. I want to guide those who seek better health through the nutritional maze, helping them find clarity and strength along the way.
