welcome to the 60-day challange
GETTING STARTED
Hey everyone, I’m very excited about this group and excited to take this journey with you. Thanks for trusting me and allowing me to provide you some guidance and direction while we go down this journey together. I also want to thank you for being my Founding Client Group and work out some of the kinks in the program.
I want to make sure that I have established the foundation for the 60-day challenge, so I’m providing you some guidelines that will ensure your success as long as you show consistent and persistent effort, not be discouraged, and have an open mind. There is also a Welcome Packet you can download (download document below).
First, we must start with a weigh-in, progress photos, and measure measurements. This will establish a starting point. You will find in the Trainerize app on the first day, and I requested that you take photos of yourself, weigh yourself on a scale, and take measurements if possible. Of course, like any other program, the Trainerize app may take some time to get used to, but I can promise you that it will be an invaluable tool.
You will be required to keep track of all your meals using the MyFitnessPal app. You should have already signed up and entering your food consumption. If you have any questions about setting it up the app, let me know. You will also want to connect your MyFitnessPal to the Trainerize app. I will also give you are report later this week that will tell you about the number of calories you should eat daily. That will be after we talk over ZOOM this week. Right now, shoot for 1300 calories daily.
Now let’s talk about eating. I want you to focus on the top 12 foods that I have attached as a document. These top 12 foods will help you maintain your protein, build muscle, keep you satiated, and keep you on top of your game (download document below).
Find a favorite water bottle and carry it with you everywhere you go. Your goal is to drink 100 ounces of water daily. Once you find that favorite water bottle that you will carry everywhere you go, I want you to take a picture of it and send it to me.
Next, go inside your closet and find an outfit (dress, pants, blouse, whatever) something that you can identify as a goal that you would like to get back into. Take that new outfit and place it in front of or outside your closet so you can see it every day. Next, take a picture of that outfit and make it your new screensaver on your phone. Why? Because you will see your goal every day.
You have ZOOM Bootcamp available for Clients which are Mondays and Tuesdays at 6 PM which are no cost and of course the others that are open to the public. Click link for Client only Bootcamps. LINK
And lastly, you have to get your mind right with self-talk and affirmations. We get exactly what we ask for—no more and no less (download document below).
So Get Ready!!!
